GE high mount TTWs have been discontinued. All new GE TTW units have controls on the middle of the unit and come with a remote control, so they can be placed at any height. The recommended replacement models are the AJEQ12DCXWA (heat/cool) and the AJCQ12DXXWA (cool only).
