Their easily removable condenser top allows for quick and complete cleaning of outdoor coils, which helps lengthen the life of the compressor and other system-sealed components. Their 26″ built-in air conditioner utilizes a TTW design for flush-mount applications, and all units come with a 100% full factory run test to guarantee their units start the first time – every time.

Amana 26″ Built-In Air Conditioner (TTW) Features
- Wired thermostat capable to allow temperature control of the unit with our standard hardwired thermostats.
- Electronic touch pad with remote control
- High energy efficiency with models up to 10.4 EER saving you money when compared to lower EER models.
- Easily removable condenser top that allows for quick and complete cleaning of outdoor coils. This access for cleaning the outdoor coil enables easy removal of dirt and debris to help lengthen the life of the compressor and other system-sealed components. Remove six easy access screws and let the cleaning begin.
- Easy access slide out filter has a permanent polypropylene filter mesh that is easy to remove and clean.
- Accessory wall sleeve: PBWS01G-C is a solid-sided, insulated metal sleeve. It includes a stamped aluminum exterior grille with a weather-seal rear enclosure for installation without the chassis. The sleeve has a solid bottom for complete weather-tight installation. An optional PBWMFC can be used when a more permanent weather seal is needed for sleeves installed without the chassis.

Warranty:
1-Year Entire Unit: Amana will repair or replace, free of charge (to include labor), any part of a unit that proves to be defective due to workmanship or materials within the first year after the date of purchase.
2-5 Year Sealed System Coverage: During the 2nd through 5th years after the date of purchase, Amana will repair (to include labor) any refrigerant leaks caused by defects in workmanship or material of a unit, and will repair or replace (to include labor) any portion of the evaporator coil, condenser coil, compressor, reversing valves or connecting tubing that proves to be defective, in workmanship or materials.
